Joining the Inland Empire Black Worker Center (IEBWC) is a powerful way for Black workers to make their voices heard in decisions that affect their work and community. It's important to recognize that government and corporate policies have a direct impact on Black workers, and that workplace practices are often a result of these policies. Unfortunately, not all policies prioritize the needs of Black workers, which is why organizing and collective action is necessary to create change.
By joining IEBWC, you can be part of a community that is committed to fighting for family-sustaining wages, safe working conditions, and worker protections. Together, we can advocate for policies that prioritize the needs of Black workers and transform the status quo.
