Worker Rights Wellness - building worker power through education and advocacy related to their rights in the workplace. This initiative aims to raise awareness about labor laws, equitable treatment, and available resources that protect and promote the well-being of workers. By fostering understanding and engagement, we strive to equip Black Workers with the knowledge needed to assert their rights confidently, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued in their employment. Ultimately, this goal supports a healthier, more equitable work environment for all.

Community Building - fostering connections among Black Workers and their allies. This initiative emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive network where individuals can share experiences, resources, and strategies for overcoming challenges. By bringing together diverse voices and encouraging collaboration, we seek to strengthen the bonds within the community, enhance solidarity, and promote collective action. Ultimately, this goal cultivates an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered, valued, and connected, paving the way for lasting change and shared success.
