Inland Empire Utilities Agency Interns

Meet Rita and Jonathan, both are Inland Empire Utilities Agency interns, who applied and were successfully placed through IEWorks. Both reside in the Inland Empire and have incredible stories about what has brought them to this opportunity. They share a passion and vision for a water career, for themselves and their families.

For the next two years, Rita and Jonathan will both work towards learning more about water treatment and other essential operations within a water district through the guidance of IEUA supervisors and management.

We are excited for their journey and look forward to supporting them in their internship.

California Labor Secretary Visits the Inland Empire

California Labor and Workforce Development Agency Secretary Natalie Palugyai visited the Inland Empire to learn more about IEWorks.

We appreciate our host West Valley Water District and the interns, partners, and community members who came out to support this event.

It is because of this village that we have been able to make so much progress.
